Coach Benjamin Petitpas
Is owner of BP Fitness Coaching, LLC and one of the co founder of The Exercise and Nutrition Counseling Center located in Avon, CT. After graduating from Springfield College with a degree in Exercise Science, Coach Petitpas has spent the last 10 years working as a personal trainer and coach, helping thousands of people reach their weig ht loss, rehabilitation, sport conditioning, and overall health and wellness goals.
Whether assisting individuals with weight loss, leading fitness boot camps, or preparing elite athletes for major competitions, Coach Petitpas believes in the importance of developing strong working relationships with all of his clients in order to understand their specific goals and to assist them in overcoming any roadblocks that may prevent them from attaining their goals.
